Our next trip is going to be something completely different. We have booked a small group tour to S E Asia. We would not normally partake in group tours but this was a Black Friday deal and super good value. The tour will take 30 days. It starts in Bangkok and we then make our way through Thailand, Laos, Vietnam and Cambodia. There will be several varieties of accommodation ranging from decent hotels, sleeping on trains and homestays. Likewise transport will cover everything from slow boats on the Mekong to internal flights, buses, trains and pretty much anything else with wheels!
It promises to be a real adventure and hopefully we shall be able to get a little bit under the skin of the countries we are visiting.
